A particular highlight is the panoramic city walk which leads you around the historic city. And if you come in summer, you`ll be able to enjoy the festival “Calici sotto le stelle” , a famous regional event where the street right in front of your house is filled with little stands of all the local wine growers.

La Villa Gemma

Villa La Gemma , is a beautiful villa as prestigious as its name . From the large and spacious terraces that characterise it, one can see boundless views and ancient villages nestled on the ridges of our Tuscan hills. The infinity that can be glimpsed, the vast and immense spaces and the romantic sunsets due to a perfect south-west position, is not just a poetic way of expressing its panoramic views but is pure reality. Beauty of landscape and  the interior charm of Villa La Gemma, lends itself very well to perfect stays for guests for whom exterior beauty must be unquestionably combined with modern comforts for good living.

The villa is located within walking distance of the village, where all the most important services are available for short or longer periods. Access is private , parking space, surveillance cameras. Lovely, well-kept private garden and a wonderful infinity-pool and an outdoor BBQ

The villa has three floors. Main entrance by the ground floor with  a living room-kitchen with TV and a first large terrace for dinner at fresco , bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Down again to the semi-basement floor where there is a very large living room with a kitchenette equipped for delicious aperitifs, tastings and snacks since we are on the floor della piscina a sfioro.
And always here there is another  bedroom with two single beds with a bathroom, a second bathroom  and laundry room. The living room features an entire wall with sliding doors to the pool and views. Beautiful to live in summer and also in winter while drinking a glass of wine in front of the fireplace! Here relax is at home in all seasons!

La Casa sull’Aia

If you want a unique and unusual experience you’ve come to the right place!
At La Casa sull Aia , the feeling is to be in the ancient past evoking the old farmer tradition  because on the farmyard in front of the house you can hear the sounds of geese and chickens. Rurality is not a qualifying adjective, but the true etymological meaning of the word. Guardians, along with the owners, are an old but faithful dog and some kittens. In the morning, Bruna and Nilo start the day by ‘governing’ the farmyard animals, as we used to say in Tuscany .
All around you can smell not only the colourful farmyard animals but also fresh vegetables in certain times of the year and you could taste them.

La Casa sull’Aia, nothing could be truer, nothing more genuine.

Il Gelsomino

Important residence on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful independent villa , which is accessed by climbing an external staircase.  The villa , near the historical centre , is completely fenced ,  with exclusive parking  and a semi-independent swimming pool by time the owners, Mario and Luciana, live at ground floor. The swimming pool is accessed by crossing an unusual and luxuriant jasmine flower porch, hence the name.

The large living room covered by a vaulted ceiling has on one side a built-in fireplace and in the other side a pocket terrace, right above the roof, with a fascinating view of the historic village, endless valleys and breathtaking sunsets.

The beach is just a minute’s walk away and the house is surrounded by all kinds of services to make your stay extremely comfortable. Free public parking in front of the house  in the designated spaces.
Beach equipped with restaurant and take-away service. Therefore, during the stay, for those who wish, a beach umbrella, deckchair and sunbed are offered free of charge.

This is one of Livorno’s best known coastlines for its natural beauty, so much so that, in the 1960s, the coastline between Rosignano and Castiglionello came to international prominence thanks to the film ‘Il Sorpasso’ by Dino Risi .
In the village of Rosignano you can find all the basic services. Nearby are restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. A few metres from the house is the Cala de’ Medici Tourist Port, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, one of the most advanced ports in Tuscany. From here begins the beautiful pedestrian promenade along the seafront that connects to Castiglioncello , where many international art and culture personalities still like to spend their holidays, and which hosts numerous events and cultural happenings. From Rosignano , heading south instead, a very long cycle path begins that reaches Cecina. A few kilometres inland the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montenero , patron saint of Tuscany

The idea of this family is that L’Angoletto al Mare encompasses all the requirements for those who love the blue of the sea, the waves, the smell of saltiness, sandcastles and diving into crystal-clear water due to the rocks that largely make up the beaches. 

Vialto

Vialto is the name of this original farmhouse thanks to its Tuscan construction characteristics and enjoys an excellent quality of services such as catering, tastings and sale of local products. The farmhouse is located on the plain, therefore easy to reach and is surrounded by its own cultivated land, which offers zero km products to put on the tables of its own restaurant. The exterior is embellished by a large swimming pool for the guests of the structure.

The farmhouse on the ground floor has rooms dedicated to the sale of products, tastings and kitchens with a dining room.

On the first floor, which is accessed via external stairs, there are 4 beautiful and large double bedrooms, finely furnished with a bathroom. Savor the tradition of rural life and discover the serenity that rests among our countryside, in a timeless atmosphere.

Casa Ermo Colle 

You arrive at the house by moving away from the noise of traffic and cities to immerse yourself in an oasis of peace. Ermo Colle has private parking and a garden on three sides of the fenced house. Instead one side has a big terrace upon the valley Outside, in addition to a large green space, it has a beautiful loggia under which you can spend time having delicious breakfasts and lunches at fresco. The house has excellent brightness thanks to huge windows that open onto the valley. The house is accessed from the ground floor with entrance onto a lovely open space consisting of a kitchen-dining room-living room. In the living room there is a smart TV and a nice fireplace, which can be used. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms for a total of 6 beds and a studio area with a hide bed sofa.

A charming stay, in a village gently nestled on a tuff hill, far from the noise of the city and traffic. Originally the village of Colleoli, municipality of Palaia, was a castle transformed over the years into a villa and finally into an elegant and exclusive holiday resort. Apartment no. 11 in which guests can stay is part of this complex consisting of a main villa in the center and rural buildings such as a granary and laboratory.
